On October 1, 2026, DX Antenna Co., Ltd. and Nippon Antenna Co., Ltd. integrated their management operations and began a new chapter as Nippon DX Antenna Co., Ltd.

Since its establishment in 1956, DX Antenna has continually refined its technological capabilities as a manufacturer of broadcasting reception equipment, and has built a strong track record in the development and manufacturing of television reception-related products and security-related equipment. Nippon Antenna, meanwhile, has contributed to the development of social infrastructure through its business activities in broadcasting and communication antennas, and has established a solid track record in information and communications systems-related businesses.

Through this integration, we will combine the technologies and expertise cultivated by both companies over many years, and strive to provide higher-quality, more comprehensive solutions in the fields of broadcasting, communications, security, and disaster prevention.

As a member of the ELECOM Group, we will also leverage the Groupʼs strengths in product development, sales network, and BtoB business expertise to respond more effectively to a wide range of customer needs—from IT that enriches everyday life to infrastructure that supports society.
